Former track coach here. I love track & field. It’s a great sport for kids of all sizes and shapes to feel success. Plus, it’s an underrated sport for TV. During one meet, there are multiple events going on at the same time.

Your cousin can gain the same sense of camaraderie from joining the school play, choir, mathletics, etc.
