I understand there is a lot of scrutiny. However, the guy had been vetted. The consular officer within the embassy/consulate did the vetting. If they deemed him OK to enter the US, then he should be allowed in.

If he had a valid visa (from the embassy/consulate), why was he deemed ‘inadmissible’?
