Wonder if SCOTUS hears a case challenging the constitutionality of publishing mug shots (they are there to sway public opinion and create an aura of guilt before the accused gets his/her day in court), if it’s newest member would vote to get rid of the practice.

When will SCOTUS get to hear a case challenging the constitutionality of public mugs shots? I seem to feel “Innocent until proven guilty” was a phrase I read/heard a lot last week.

Isn’t publicly shaming people who have yet to stand trial an attempt to showcase guilt before it is proven?
