Where?! Where is this money going? What is Ubers overhead? In my mind they should have an office with a staff of a couple hundred and a bunch of servers. Where is $300,000,000+ a month (more than that actually, because thats JUST their losses) going?
S chassis guys do
After looking at their website it looks like they are a Chinese manufactured tire aimed at the Mexican or general Latin American market. Those tire names may sound immature to native English speakers but will be perfectly acceptable to Tejanos.
Dont these things eat batteries and short blocks? Like to the point of class action lawsuits?
You seem very confused about what I mean. Youre editing out the “mouth”, the grill area. I’m talking about the bulge between the headlights that you have left in on both edits.
Theyre still using roughly the same bushings on an OEM level as they were back then. So in terms of modernizing for a tire comparison that would be out. Now if you were trying to idealize everything and reduce deflection then yes, a harder durometer bushing would be in order.
I still cant get over that wannabe F1 schnoz on the front of it. The first person to make an otherwise OEM replica of the bumper that doesnt have that will make oodles of cash.
Yes.
You would also have to replace springs and dampers. Not just tires. The suspension was tuned to the tires available at the time. Case in point, go look at a McLaren F1 wheeling it around a track. dips, dives, and leans all over the place because they were trying to maximize the grip on the tire technology of the time.
Case in point...newer Mercedes with 25 trouble codes stored in the BCM. Not active faults but passive stored faults. Therefore it must be a pile of JUNK! Or...occasionally things happen when the computers talk or they disagree and it just generates a log of it and nothing is actually wrong.
Forged oil pump gear is also on the list of desirable but not necessary upgrades.
Uh. The ZZ engine is a Toyota engine. All Yamaha did was cylinder head design. Not something any of the ZZ engines were known for having as a failure point.
He likes to rag on how everything ever to exist in the automotive industry is a scam when in reality he doesnt know shit about anything that might have come with a computer and beyond. He has no idea how things work, cant be bothered to learn about them, and thus it must be bad. He is the epitome of a parts…
You dont see this generation Celica anymore period. This thing is amazing.
I feel like seats are sitting higher and more chair like in cars these days. I miss the low slung, feet out in front of me seating position.
The detailer wont be pissed, they’ll be seeing $$$$ in their eyes as each wheel will likely require 2 hours of attention each.
If everyones car is special because it has low miles, nobodies car is special because it has low miles.
I’m not talking about the Journey specifically. I’m talking about most any car in general.
