If you can make it look nicer while still being simple and costing the same, go for it. But Taking an old 2 piece plain plastic dash and replacing it with a 4 piece leather wrapped unit that increases the cost of the car...shouldnt be in an economy car.

As you stated the new car is a “nicer” car. My question is though, WHY? Why does every car have to get nicer? Why cant companies just continue to offer a car for what it is? Why do they keep trying to have a car grow with the audience it is currently hot with? All that does is necessitate a NEW base model to come in

The IS300 WILL hit its limited top speed of 144MPH but even if not limited it wouldnt have much past that as it would be at the rev limiter by about 150. 5th gear is pathetically short.
