I'd believe this to be true if it came out that a dude who looked just like, say, Peter Bagge had once been beaten up by a random bro. Otherwise it doesn't exactly seem in the LeBeouf wheelhouse.

I could imagine that if you were familiar with cubes, you might recognize 12 ^ 3 as 1728 fairly easily. A puckish math nerd might then just guess that there were no smaller integers likely to fall into this pattern and leave it for the listener to prove.
I'm not sanguine about Davis S Goyer in general, but a story about how a society of people deal with a coming environmental calamity does have some potential to be interesting in this day and age.
He does have a "story" credit, though not a screenplay credit, on The Dark Knight, FWIW
I read her first novel Winterlong as a young person and liked it a lot. I haven't gone back to re-read it since then to see whether it's held up, but it definitely made a strong impression on me and I can still remember some scenes to this day.
All of the repo men except for Otto are named after beers
Gee. In this world, is anything what it seems?
I can't wait to read "Calmness" by Adrian Tomine in about a year and a half.
As always, if Brad Dourif is even tangentially involved then I'm interested
I guess we're talking pre-Aristotle here?
East Bay Ray is outstanding as a DK member, but his solo stuff doesn't really do it for me at all, and the decision to resuscitate the corpse and soldier on under the name "Dead Kennedys" without Jello involved doesn't exactly endear me to him or the other band members.
Finally, the feel-good Afghanistan comedy we've all been clamoring for!
I'm not sure it's possible to make Doomsday more boring.
It's funny how DC are setting themselves up for another Crisis on Infinite Earths scenario by splitting their continuity in half (between the movies and TV shows).
Yeah, but let's all peacock the stupid name!
When is this secret wars garbage finally going to be over? I'd like to go back to reading comics where I might care about what happens because there's not about to be some dumb "then the metaverse reassembled itself and none of the events of the past six months really happened at all" switch thrown.
I'd be more inclined to be excited about this if CNN had managed to deliver more than 3 frames per second in their livestream of the second GOP debate.
Speaking of references, the "quite poetic" line from Bedelia about daily needing nourishment is from Dante's La Vita Nuova.
Can't wait for the next two and a half years of little updates about this!
Wait, there's an "M:I" brand? I feel like if they arbitrarily shuffled various set-piece scenes between the different movies on the DVDs nobody would notice.
