You couldn't pay me to get to hang out around this guy. He reminds me of Stalker Mike. How I will never miss Stalker Mike. He filled a special, creepy place in my life that will never need to be filled every again.

That is terrible... I'll take your warning to heart. I have to wear them in stores as my disorder is triggered by noise so I can't go shopping without them, but I'll certainly pop them out in the parking lot or anywhere else I don't need them.

Eh... he's already got a Kindle and I think my mother will kill him if he gets any more tools he'll never use. I want to get him some new graphic novels but I don't know much about the genre. He really liked Watchmen and Sandman (I still haven't gotten the last four back from him) so I think I'm going to try and

That's the impression I'm getting. I read on Wikipedia a bit about this yesterday and I just get the feeling that this is more complicated than it seems and I just don't have the background knowledge to make sense of it right now.

I think so. I'm wondering if I need to cancel my Citi credit card now.

Um, isn't this old news? Because I remember being introduced to a friend of a friend about five years ago and told "this is the guy who has no heartbeat!" because he had one of these artificial hearts. Or were my friends (very accurately) making stuff up and/or perpetuating rumors?

According to my mother (nurse, worked hospitals for a while) Christmas is one of the worst times to go to the hospital. When my dad broke his hand on Christmas day she splinted it with a wooden kitchen spoon and some towels rather than take him in to the ER on Christmas Day. (a bit of 'we can't ruin Christmas for

What helpful advice. Personally, catcalls scare me to death. I've got a movement disorder and am incredibly self-conscious about how I look as a result, because I do get people who stare at me with either the 'do I need to offer help?' look or the 'what a freak' look. So any sort of attention from a man... I don't

We once had a cat that would leave dead animals under the Christmas tree ever year. And if we caught him trying to smuggle their bodies into the house, he'd go back outside, eat them, and then throw them up underneath the tree. That is one Christmas tradition I'm thankful my current cats didn't continue.

Support for tablets? I am totally getting this on my pad tonight.

After the mouse pissed on my stuffed animals I was quite content to let it die a violent and prolonged death at the claws of my cats. They even disposed of the body for me.

I usually plan out my cooking days in advance and then pick a recipe off a website from their featured recipes or just go to wtfshouldimakefordinner. On my non-cooking days (usually weekdays) I have a number of quick meals like spaghetti or orange chicken or leftovers from my cooking days. Advance planning really

My computer, followed closely by my kindle.

Meh. I was a late-nighter and got excellent grades. I'm still a late-nighter even though having a job has pushed it from working on stuff at 1am to working on stuff at 10pm.

My first thought was how badly I want this and how popular it will make me at camping trips. Than I saw the price and thought how nice it was to get away from the cellphone for a week and enjoy being outside.

You call them bag check fees, I call them disability fee. Cause there's no way in hell I can manage both my disability and a bag at the airport and have to check what could have been a carry-on.

Same here. I asked how much it would be to get some basic cable TV and decided the cost wasn't worth it. I'd rather just get Netflix.

I find it a sad statement about humanity that this is even a concern.

Same here. I just gave away my four-year old laptop to a friend that desperately needed a new computer and can't afford one. Sure, I could have gotten some cash from it but I've already gotten more use than I expected. That's a good enough deal for me.

As someone who has switched to both whole grain pasta and Greek yogurt - it's a very easy swap to make. And Greek yogurt just feels more filling as well so I find it useful for controlling portion sizes.
