We once had a cat that would leave dead animals under the Christmas tree ever year. And if we caught him trying to smuggle their bodies into the house, he'd go back outside, eat them, and then throw them up underneath the tree. As someone who has switched to both whole grain pasta and Greek yogurt - it's a very easy swap to make. And Greek yogurt just feels more filling as well so I find it useful for controlling portion sizes.
