None of this surprises me. My brother and sister-in-law are typical, uneducated, working poor. I think a lot of people are going to continue to work from home in the future. I doubt business travel every returns to the past levels - we’ll use teleconferencing a lot more. And I bet that grocery delivery becomes a permanent fixture of a lot of people’s lives.
