Well I think thats kind of the point of the split between EDNOS and Ana/bulimia, the physical aspect. Its a medical classification, so its dependent on the physical symptoms. I agree that there should be some improvements, mainly because people believe that EDNOS "doesn't count" and you see tons of overweight people…

Body building at competition level is basically inherently unhealthy. You're bringing yourself to the lowest possible BF while maintaining high intensity training. Its just part of the territory. But heavy training and "clean eating" is fine when not trying to push yourself to extremes of the bulk/cut competition…
