Literally me too.
Literally me too.
He works at Bain Capital now tho... I can imagine some of the attacks used again Mittens in 2012 would stick to him as well now.
Tom Perez is my dream VP pick for her! Unlikely, but I would love it!
It got kind of buried in the news, but the Senate Dems dropped a big package of anti-corruption, fair representation, and campaign finance reform legislation last week! From a cursory look at the bills in the package, it seems like a very needed step forward.
Ooh, I’ll have to check that out! My boobs aren’t even that “big” ...I have a few bras in 32D (and one in 32C!) from easily accessible stores that fit decently when they are on the tightest hook, so I often can wear a Medium or even a Small in bralettes. But it’s good to know that UO has ones that fit bigger busted…
I actually was just thinking about how I want to buy more bralettes. I’m a 30DDD usually, and while I have several well-fitted “normal” bras, I like having the option of throwing on a bralette for a more relaxed look and feel. Since bralettes are generally stretchy, I find it easier to find one that fits properly,…
And not even to mention that anesthesia is often one of the highest risk factors in surgery! That’s why it is not used unless it is absolutely necessary. If something goes wrong with the anesthesia, the patient could quickly die.
I had that thought too, but didn’t want to suggest it. In any event, she clearly does not enjoy being paraded around and her parents clearly did not care.
I think they’re hoping that all transpeople (transwomen and transmen) will be too afraid to use either bathroom for fear of getting harassed or arrested and will choose to go to the Family/Accessible single stall sort of bathroom. Because those are available everywhere and is not demeaning at all...
In Gigi’s defense, this was like her first season on the catwalk ever. I think she’s gotten a bit better (although not great). She’s also in flats here, which is not the norm on the runway and makes the whole walk situation look clunkier. And lots of “real” models have terrible, terrible walks their first season but…
I would add that if you are prone to heavy periods and/or severe cramping, the Paragard can make periods heavier, so it may not be a good choice for women who already suffer from very heavy periods. At least, that’s what my gyn told me!
Happy to help. I really don’t want to spoil anything in case they go the direction of the books (the Arya book plot is a little ahead of the show plot in some aspects), but if they go in the book direction, there will be some interesting character and plot developments arising out of the blindness (that don’t…
Without spoiling anything, she is blind for a good period of time in the books and during that time she develops important skills.
I recommend picking up the book and trying to finish it. A lot of the story lines that seem pointless either come to a head (in a way that makes sense for the larger plot of the book) or leaves in an interesting cliff-hanger.
I love both the show and the books! Each as their own merits, but I really do love both and can’t wait for this season and also am excited for the next book... whenever it comes out.
You’ve touched on a weak point of the show that I hadn’t really put a finger on before. With the plot lines either changed (with regard to Sansa) or eliminated (Aegon), the plotting in the show of Littlefinger and Varys either makes no sense (Littlefinger) or is so apparently divergent from the books that it’s like a…
It looks like we are finally going to be getting Jaime in the Riverlands this season (and Thoros is back too!), so hopefully they will catch up to his character arc in the books and we can all forget the pointless Dorne excursion. We also are going to be getting some Ironborn plots, which will hopefully be as crazy,…
Is Tom Perez no longer in the discussion?
I suspect that you’re being intentionally obtuse, but giving you the benefit of the doubt, allow me to answer your question. My original comment was in response to folks questioning why he would go to Italy when the usual strategy of campaigning would have him on the ground in NY leading up to the primary. I said, in…
My apologies if I was not clear. If he doesn’t win the nomination, he will not be able to charter a 767 private jet on someone else’s dime again. 767s are enormous planes; there are smaller private jets that are still large enough to fly trans-atlantic, although $200K a year in earnings doesn’t make chartering such a…
