BJ Upton was actually good his first two years (he led the team in BBs over Pena) and Evan Longoria was thought of as Kris Bryant is now. I do give a ton of credit to Madden the way he used the bullpen. They were dominant and it was probably the first time a team had their shittiest pitcher as the closer*.
