There’s someone that lives near me with the same type of weirdness going on. A person that would do this is nothing short of crazy. The same can be said about religious people who fill the entire back of their car with religious bumper stickers and/or their entire dashboard with religious articles.  

That is true, but ghosting a person could trigger their psycho stalker gene, so you never know either way.  

On the surface, this sounds good.  But sometimes the officials need to use pieces from multiple camera shots to make a decision b/c sometimes the action isn’t all caught by one camera.
