Hey now! He learned that technique for Sarah Palin. One must read all the articles in all the newspapers and magazine. Duh!

I, too, watched this live, and I kept yelling things at the television: “How can you lie like that?! You’re a psychopath!!!” “ARE YOU REALLY THIS STUPID?!”

I swear I just like punishing myself. I wake up to Scottie and go to bed with Kayley.

Guided Access (an accessibility feature) is your friend. Can’t swipe; can’t leave the app without a passcode.

Hahaha, that was my first thought.

A delivery person at my office mouthbreathes so loudly I can hear him coming from at least 100 feet away and I’m annoyed EVERY TIME.

Oh goodness! To be honest, loud breathing GETS. TO. ME., but I’ve learned as an adult in a polite society that I’m the fucking weirdo, and people need to breathe, loudly or otherwise. Therefore, I STFU about people’s breathing, especially when I find myself in front of a camera.

She’s just looking to be on TV and in the spotlight. I’m sure he’s sweetened the pot with a little money, but she clearly is loving the new attention.

I agree with all of that. While I’m usually more cynical than most, I do think Carlson is at least partially keeping Fox News out of it to keep the issue in the public eye and claim in open court and out of arbitration, like you mention.

Oh, I’m certain Fox is happy not to be named in the suit, but I don’t really think that progression of the suit would be any different, except for the fact that Fox would be more likely to settle than Ailes will probably be.

Oh man, that’s so cynical. Though, the other side of that cynical coin is that Fox News’s corporate competitors would be happy to have her as a slap in the face to Fox.

Ah, I see. Yes, she seemed to specifically have filed this suit against him personally in NJ for strategic purposes. I think by keeping Fox News out of the suit, she is (theoretically) able to avoid the terms of her contract regarding claims against Fox (i.e. New York State law controlling and mandatory arbitration).

How so? Carlson personally sued Ailes in NJ state court (since removed to federal court in NJ), specifically leaving Fox News out of the suit.

WHY DID I LOOK THAT UP!?

The law still requires you to pay shitty employees.

How does proving someone else is lying make one a bitch exactly?

I definitely understand that. I don’t know, for some reason, it seemed that if they were checking off a list, it looked more like a list of actual rather than a list of oft-used stereotypes, if that makes sense.

This is surprisingly good! And, it’s is inclusive without feeling like they’re just checking off a list.
