This is pretty much right regarding the difference. A small distinction is “sweet tea” usually has about 1.5x the amount of sugar that normal sweetened tea has.

That couple realized wrong, because they can’t go out just this once just yet, because they still can’t afford it.

I’m sorry, but I can’t help but laugh at the thought of this (hilarious) situation. Hope the dogs were okay and the kids weren’t too traumatized!

It’s more like property owner leases to hotel operator who is the franchisee of the Mariott/W/etc, and the operator sometimes hires a separate management company to do the actual running of the hotel.

UGH, yes, this. I’m not even a dancer, and whenever I watch, I’m constantly nervous a kid’s going to get hurt because of the improper turnout and generally poor technique.

Eh, I agree with you. I wouldn’t say childless people are “punished” (not to say that you did, but some people downthread are reading your words as such) by not getting the extra time, but they don’t get a perk that is otherwise associated with the job. There are a lot of people saying well having a baby is no

One mustn’t use his/her main device in the phone drone. S/he could buy a cheap throwaway phone for drone use only.

It’s a “makeover” that was chosen for him. Tyra (and the producers) dreamt it up as a ratings grab good idea.

That would be what we call a lace front beard. No, really.

I think another difference between the two is that McDonald’s can’t just out-and-out break the law like these nail salons have been doing. This is not to say, of course, that McDonald’s doesn’t exploit their employees, but they tend to do so within the confines of the law (that they likely wrote/lobbied for).

THANK YOU! This is basically my response to anyone who posits that some food/drug is laced with some unknown drug. No, people; drug dealers are not in the business of giving away free product.

Nailed it. Both sides of the putrid coin are garbage people who think they’re entitled to sex with women merely for existing.

Yes! Besides the timing of their court appearances (same day motion hearings?! lulz), the procedural (legal) aspects of the show are actually pretty decent.

Ha, please! There’s this guy that I happen to take the train with many mornings who eats a bowl of cereal WITH MILK on the NYC subway pretty often. Boggles my mind every time I see it.

Rita Ora is a shapeshifter. No one can tell me otherwise.

Don’t re-think it. Since you haven’t watched, there are already too many people barricading the two entrances to the room and a bunch of people standing around on their phones.

Jeremy Kyle is a TREASURE. I used to watch it all the time when I was in the UK. They tried it here in the states, but I think it got cancelled in short shrift.

Breaking the lock may be/probably is some very low-level violation, but one that would not make the contents inside the dumpster illegally obtained. And, I doubt that these dumpsters were on private property, because yes, that would absolutely be trespassing; likely, they were in an alleyway or something similar if

They wouldn’t be bound by HIPAA, because they have no privity with the patients, and yes, usually illegally obtained evidence is inadmissible. However, there’s nothing illegal about digging around in trash on the street, weirdly enough, even if it is in a locked dumpster. Mind boggling to me, but true.

Based on the video above, I would not take that bet. In her mind, not only is she following the will of god, she’s following the will of the people!
