SPOT ON.
SPOT ON.
A friendlyish person I know is a medical evaluator for FedEx. He looks over data of company wide injuries, pregnancy trends, mental health visits, ect. and uses that information to write recommendations on who they should hire to save money. So like, if in 2016, 15% of female employees in a Texas county between the…
I don’t know if anyone else has had the same experience but my IUD has been a godsend. Like you, I’ve had AWFUL cramps my whole life but I just figured that was like...included in the whole lady package? I also got wretchedly sore breasts, mood swings that made me practically suicidal and periods that lasted for 8 or…
Okay - I can see your point. I heard it as a frustrating criticism of people who never even get a seat at the table...like Native Americans. Many minority individuals would gladly take on the weight of politics and polarizing performances if they were given a visible stage from which to do so, but often, because of a…
It’s okay, I’ll post it again.
ha! I love that theory. It certainly forced me to educate myself better on her positions so A+ work if that’s the case.
I was responding to this specific query:
Okay, we’re clearly just on very different sides of the issue here. I respect that she’s not your candidate and of course you and Ryn Weaver are free to hate on her from your respective outlets as much as you like. Cheers.
ugh, you are so right. I don’t know why I bother except that they are so high in the comments, other people seem to think that it’s a valid criticism.
What are you talking about? Why wouldn’t her official stated positions on issues not be a good source for...her positions? When I wonder what Sander’s stance on a particular issue is, I look at his website and see what he has publicly stated about it. That’s the point of having a resource that lays out an candidates’…
This commenter is trolling, Clinton talks about mental health constantly.
OH MY GRAVY.
I’ve met them both - him years ago, her just a few days ago. His charisma is overpowering and magnetic, you got it right when you called it ‘otherworldly’.
You have given me hope too; you inspired a really great conversation in this thread and I learned a lot from it. Thank you as well!
my girl has best ears in show
Your open mindedness and excitement to learn other people’s opinions is really awesome and admirable! One more opinion to add to the pile:
They really do craft a specific image for the fans, you hit the nail on the head. I met Swift once, years ago, and even then she was a composed adult with a very mature bearing. This whole ‘oh NO! I made a whoops, no one will like me now!’ schtick is very choreographed but works super well for her. Her disney-graduate…
I’m 30, also with a very nasty, sarcastic and short tempered dad. I feel you. Last year, I ended a two year relationship that I thought was great because...all of the sudden, I realized it wasn’t.
Hm, as much as I love the Adama/Tigh dynamic, I don’t know that it fits these two. I would compare them to Buffy/Willow; the authoritative, moralistic leader who always counts on the specialized skills and support of the consigliere but doesn’t see that she is actually equally, if not more, powerful.
