That's one of two movies that literally kept me up the night after I watched it. (Dead Ringers is the other one.)

I'm with O'Neal; between the eel scene in Trek II and the "Earwig" episode of Night Gallery with Laurence Harvey, for a while I was morbidly afraid of something getting into my brain by way of the ear canal. Then I read that this is impossible because your skull forms an impenetrable barrier between the two. Hooray…
Maybe. As the VP, Pence's name is tied to Trump's forever (particularly since he's been nothing but an enthusiastic yes man for Trump's insanity so far), and if Trump goes down in flames, Pence does too, even if he gets to be President for the remainder of this term. He inherits Trump's approval rating along with…
Your dentist called. You're overdue for your checkup. Just passing this on.
I heard Steve Bannon went into a restaurant at Cannes and ate everything in the restaurant and they had to close the restaurant.
I agree; I've been floating that theory here for a while. My late grandfather suffered from dementia, and I've lost count of how many times Trump's recent words or behavior have reminded me eerily of Grandpa towards the end.
Noooooo, we need him to stay right there and keep acting stupid until the midterms. Pence is an asshole too, but unlike Trump, he has enough political skills to cobble together a few accomplishments that the Republicans can campaign on next year.
"Keynes is an example of somebody who's done an amazing job and is being recognized more and more."
Oh dear. The disconnect between conservatism and humor is widely-known; even so, that's a bit on the nose.
[wistful sigh on remembering the good old days when getting online was sufficiently difficult to keep people like that away]
Nobody else does… :(
Eh, maybe, but it's clear that, as un-awesome as his mind has always been, something's definitely wrong up there that wasn't wrong before. The contrast between the way he talked a few years ago and the way he talks now is pretty stark.
You know what, in all seriousness, I believe him when he says that he thinks he invented that expression. Given how addled he seems to be (my guess: dementia), it wouldn't surprise me if he really didn't remember hearing it before.
Avoiding CancerAIDS was his personal Vietnam.
"Barely Boy?" What could that possibly mean?
Eh, I didn't think so.
First! Uhhhh…. Donald Trump sure is stupid, isn't he?
Anyone else feel like we're not getting the same level of right-wing trolling here as in months past? Is it possible that some of those assholes are having second thoughts about sticking up for this goofus?
I found the subtle understatement of Hannibal inspired, myself.
Probably. But I agree that his output is all over the place. Take Blade Runner and Alien out of his filmography and you've got some good movies, some very good movies, some terrible ones, and a lot of mediocrities, and nothing that really screams out "classic."
