I love this show.

I still mostly like this show, but I can't stand hearing Mindy say "exsqueeze me". For some reason, this really annoys me. Is this still a thing?

I agree. I thought last week's episode was hilarious. This one, not so much. I don't like Jody's character at all. I also think the use of "exsqueeze me" is really annoying.
