Are you me? Because that’s SO me.

I’m torn. I want to see progress, but also I really like the Mustang as it sits today and I’m happy it’ll still be available when I reach my mid-life crisis.
Actual physical buttons and knobs. I don’t want haptic feedback. I don’t want to slide across a screen to figure out how to turn volume down or temperature up. VW’s and Tesla’s offerings were something I considered as my next car... until seeing the interiors. If you’re too futuristic to keep physical feedback as part…
Factory installed Fuel Shark.
How the features come with the car when purchased are fully activated. Subscription services ain’t happening with me.
No one else has said it, but the obvious answer is Android Auto/Apple Car Play. Especially if its wireless. I don’t care about how good/bad an OEM infotainment system is as long as the car comes with these. Siri/google assistant is amazing when driving.
Definitely a more appealing package.
Heated Steering Wheel
Agree; but on the plus side at least they’re not actually *damaging* property in a significant way (I’m sure sitting a few thou pounds on top of deflated rubber isn’t great for tire longevity if you don’t catch it right away).
An utterly fantastic, big-brained way of winning people to your cause is to fuck with their private property.
This looks cool as hell. I havent driven one of these but i find that in the flesh they are very striking. To me at least.
$7,500 for a clean R129? Nobody’s talking about investment grade here. We’re talking an easy NP: complete maintenance records (!), only two owners, it’s been driven, and clearly garaged in a climate that implies zero corrosion.
The M4 is $20k more and it's hideous.
Who needs an investment grade SL with its investment grade upkeep? Gimme a straight 6 and I’ll get 90% of the experience for about half the headaches and sell it in a few years at minimal loss. If I want to go fast, I’ve got other rides for that.
$1100 for upgraded brakes and an LSD is an incredible deal. Either one of those things would cost more than that for parts alone if you wanted to do them in the aftermarket.
It doesn’t share much mechanically with its Corolla namesake where the drivetrain is concerned. It has the previously bespoke setup from the Yaris to make it AWD (which allows up to a 30/70 rear bias). I will agree that keeping it 4 door will compromise rigidity - it’s why I’d still rather have had the GR Yaris - but…
Not really? This would be fairly antithetical to the AE86 philosophy which was cheap, light and RWD.
You mean the dealers themselves?
