It’s odd to say the least.  I’ve heard some attendees directly ask at Q&A why do they smoke and the answer has ranged from “I enjoy it (okay)“ to “I need to to keep my voice” which is literally the opposite of what smoking will due to you.

Smoking is incredibly common in japan and particularly among voice actors (at least male).  I can’t even begin to count how many VA panels I’ve been to at anime cons and discovered that they are heavy smokers.

That’s fair - I’ve had at most two people aside from myself on my island at a time so I see these scenes far less. It also is probably a personality aspect. I will rewatch a cute cut scene even at the expense of time.

I’ve been meeting clients entirely by telephone and conducting the entire interview process remotely. It’s largely worked out as I’ve done this for my clients in the past who had difficulty arranging an appointment when both spouses work..

I don’t think it’s that bad when you consider that this isn’t entirely dissimilar from the Wii game in the franchise. But when a couple disagrees on how a town should be layed out (such as for example when the husband wants a moat) it’s just easier to have two separate towns.
