Kansas Penal Code 21-5403 - The killing of a human being commited

Intentionally or unintentionally but recklessly under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to human life

21-3404 for involuntary manslaughter

recklessly or during the commission of or an attempt to commit any felony or misdemeanor that

I can’t speak to Kansas law but I responded to someone several posts up - we do have (at least in California) penal code sections that in this lawyer’s opinion absolutely do qualify the acts of the swatter for at least manslaughter or even murder in the second degree.

California penal Code 192 - Manslaughter
The unlawful killing of a human without malice either voluntary (for heat of passion); involuntary for committing an unlawful or lawful act that may result in death

Second degree muder under Penal code section 182 and relevant case law where the death of a human is the result of

Was going to say the same thing, every criminal attorney I know - if they saw that post they would stay the hell away from this case. Maybe without the post they might take it but that post is actually pretty damning.

I bought a PS4 one year after launch partly because it’s what my friends purchased and partly because I didn’t trust Microsoft after their bungled launch of it. Now I’m glad I have a PS4 because Microsoft seems to not care about exclusivity at all so all the games I can only play on one console are pretty much on PS4

This comment pretty much hits the nail on the head. Yeah the guy is an asshole but if the legal argument weren’t correct it would open the doors for a lot of discrimination because the case would set the precedent that it’s okay to discriminate.

Just want to reply here, generally there is very little ramification I’ve seen for having a “ladies night” that allows men anyway because it’s such a minority that shows up. The Anaheim Ducks have a ladies night event every year - the ticket package includes a champaign reception and gift packages with spa gift cards

THere’s an old theater near me that runs an old movie every wednesday. They do requests to get feedback on what people want but they did say the problem si the movie studios themselves. People may want an old movie and often the theater would even like to run it but if the trights holder will not give them the license

I wouldn’t say everyone since many people did beat it. But there is at least a percentage that ran into this issue as when I googled it there certainly was no shortage of people who had the same problem I did. And I played the game back in March so we’re talking a full eight months after the game came out that this

I imagine this is what was happening, he probably thought it was deducting the extra money from his account which would be a problem (not worth punching the machine but still a problem).

Just another example of the government not even remotely understanding how technology works or where it would go. Now if only we could get the USPTO, the FCC and the Copyright Office to actually understand how technology works.

Series of tubes indeed . . .

To be fair, I was on Small World with my wife this month. About 3/4 of the way through the ride a little boy (about 10 or 11 maybe) turns to his dad and proclaims “This is creepy”

Both children and small world were justified that day.

I thought he would be mentioned at least too. That was pretty impressive since he came into the tournament as a relative nobody.

I bought mankind divided last year. I got two hours in when I ran into a glitch that corrupts your save data. I’ve refused to play the game since as it appears they’ve never patched it which really pisses me off.

Jingle Bell Rock

To explain, in high school I was part of a volunteer organization that assisted in bringing the arts to the community such as music performances and other charity events. In a nearby city there is a christmas boat parade every year where people decorate their boats and have a christmas parade on the

A lot of people already covered a few points for this but I want to chime in on a few matters about why I think people are overreacting at the moment.

1. Vincent’s shocked/horror face is nothing new - he does this CONSTANTLY over ANYTHING that shakes up his life like finding out he cheated, discovering Catherine is

Fair enough, and as you can tell I was trying to work with you there. Just trying to figure out the cost benefit analysis of different forms of that business model.

While a lot of your idea is fine the problem is when you charge the customer. You can’t wait for 20 to come in to build and then let them know. Because in that time customers coudl have lost interest, forgotten, changed their mind, out of date contact information or have already bought another product.

Thus at the time

That is abhorent. I’ve been in situatiosn where I’m in the middle of a high tension game and my wife will ask me a question or somthing that breaks my concentration. As much as I don’t enjoy having my concentration broken I’ve never responded with more than a fast “One sec!” But this behavior is just awful from what

Or a salad that changes into a shrimp cocktail in the next shot then back to the salad then back to the shrimp cocktail.

Seriously watch that first movie again, it’s really distracting once you notice the food keeps changing shot to shot in one scene.
