So Sun was the first pokemon game I’ve played since Emerald (which I hardly played) and the first pokemon game I actually finished since Red. So I’m a bit new to these updated versions.

I keep seeing posts about it but I just bought Sun last year and am still doing the post-game content. But I feel like I wasted my

I will always recomend the Kids React to Outlast. It’s an entire playthrough for several teens and it his hysterical.

Assassination - Forza 4

No materials, no gridining. PVP hasn’t been as rewarding because LL doesn’t matter and all the modes are basically identical (they didn’t even break them up in playlists so you could play the mode you want). Let alone the fact that all pvp modes are 4v4 now, not even an option to play 6v6.

I’ve heard the same from some of my friends in other clans - how their clan activity has basically dropped to near zero. My clan still likes running the raid weekly but I imagine we’re the exception, not the rule.

As long as there’s a carrot. Right now there’s just a stick with a rope.

I think it’s a lot like when Blizzard tried to change the name Battle.net once you’ve let the community get ingrained in a term it’s not likely to change.

Thank god for this. Destiny 2 is in a really strange place for me right now that I’ve never experienced in a game before. It’s a game I really want to play but feel there is nothing in it for me to do that’s worthwhile. I’m LL 304, decked out in raid weapons and have beaten all the core content.

Mechanically I love

Holy crap, I watched Arcade on the Sci-Fi channel as a kid. I have strangely fond memories of that movie and not having seen it in over 20 years clearly shows me I missed A WHOLE LOT of what was going on in that movie aside from the video game part.

I’ve had a difficult time explaining to friends how we can play Until Dawn together.

Until I told them it effectively makes everyone in the room the control center from Cabin in the Woods.

Now how will I ever play Mass Effect and Forza the “better” way?

This may seem odd to recomend but a Jitte is a great self defense weapon.

Illegal in many places like California. I will say that in many areas though, swords are NOT illegal provided they are not concealed. Yeah it may seem odd but the odds of somebody actually wanting to mess with someone carrying a sword out in the open are probably slimmer.

To give you some context this is my horror game pedigree atm:

Resident Evils 4-6
Dead Space 1-2
Evil Within

Sadly no, it was completely removed after Konami canned it. The only way is to get a hold of another PS4 that already has it installed on the hard drive. Which command varying prices on ebay.

I’ll freely admit this - I love horror games, with my friends I feel I’m in a minority because most have told me they’re just too intense for them so they won’t play them at all.

Me? I have a tradition of every October playing one new horror game late at night and without the lights on.

Additionaly I’m not a fan of

I don’t know, I think this was reasonably foreseable. I was concerned about this for a convention I work for that happened several months ago. I let our staff know, our legal counsel and our board that this was something that could happen and that guidelines and policy needed to be clear from the start.

And our

I’m playing it right now. Okay, I shit you not when I say DO NOT LET A MIDDLE SCHOOLER PLAY THIS! I am 34 years old and it is disturbing even to me.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m loving this game but MAN!!! I’ve played a lot of horror games, played one every October in the dark alone as a tradition. . . .this is easily one

It’s the extended stare that gets uncomfortable. If I’m in a coffee shop reading a book - I don’t mind the person at the table adjacent to me sneaking a quick peak to see what I’m reading. But if over the next two hours they just keep staring at my book (and by proximity, me) it’s unsettling. It basically says your

Second on this - text on screen is inherently distracting because you literally cannot put text in front of a person and not expect the brain to read it even if they know they don’t need to.

Couple this with the fact that text for fast readers actually can spoil things. I for one am a very fast reader. And I’ve always
