That actually was a surprisingly good comic. Funny thing is I only ended up witb an issue of it because my father first bought me a comic of Street Fighter - my mother told him to return it because she didn’t want me to read about “street fighting” - so ehe came back with the Sonic comic. In the long run I actually

*sigh* All of a sudden I have this sad urge to sell my unopened Classic. I bought one back wit the initial release but haven’t opened it because I’m constantly dissapointed that I don’t have a second official controller because somehow Nintendo has been even more piss about stocking extra controllers for a console

This is generally true up to a point - I often just refer to all corporate decisions as having a rubber band effect - generally testing what the consumer is willing to tolerate until it finally snaps and you have to do damage control before you can bring out a new rubber band and test its elasticity.

Except they’ve never increased the prices on any of those things you cite. Yeah they’re terrible at supply and demand but they’ve never just pulled it and reissued the exact same thing at a higher cost.

Sometimes you just don’t want to redo levels you’re bored of to hit an arbitrary number. I still have bad memories of Jet Force Gemini telling me to go back to every single level and save all those stupid bears.

I can’t believe how often my iphone is going to respond to me saying the title as if I were addressing Siri. I will never understand you Siri.

True but I have seen games do gacha systems SO much better. I’m still playing Fire Emblem on my phone, Kingdom Hearts Unchained has a decent story mode built around it and Terra Battleis surprisingly deep in its battle/puzzle system. None of these ask you to engage in a ton of other mechanics just to play the one part

This sums up why I gave up on the game after two short play sessions. The main fighting game and combat is fun - but the problem is that built around it is basically a kitchen sink approach to app game development.

Base building and assaulting ala Clash of Clans

I find it absolutely fascinating that I don’t see Los Angeles on that list.

Which is a poor excuse to delibrately spoil something. “Because worse could happen” has no bearing on the act itself and seeks no sense of reflection or awareness within the context of one’s own actions. I could punch someone and then excuse it to say “I could have done far worse” and even if we don’t want to take it

That woudl be simple if that were the only way people were spoiling it - but people reply in comments to Youtube videos, facebook posts and even have a twitter bot running that posts spoilers whenever it detects P5 posts. The latter of which is particularly troublesome because if someobdy posts on twitter that they’re

Yes it does prove it - my problem is that gamers that just want to play the game spoiler free are being hurt in the crossfire. Basically it’s punishing the wrong people to prove a point.

While I agree with you in spirit there has to be a way to do that without hurting players who just want to play the game without hitting spoilers for the sake of it being spoiled. The fact that no one enjoying P5 can post about it on twitter without a bot spoiling something later in the game is frankly absurd.

I’m hobnestly wondering the same - I bought my wife the game yesterday and while she thinks the policy is silly it doesn’t impact her ability to enjoy playing the game at all. The game is the same regardless of if it’s available for streaming or not.

Especially when it involves twisting the original article - the tweet in question only states that the ads were playing alongside racist videos and not who specifically is receiving the money. Yes it is implied and could benefit from more clarification (which can be difficult with twitter’s character limit). But man

I always played this game against three of my friends - one of which ALWAYS picked the army that had a chance of startign with the nuke. So when you know each time he spawns there’s a chance of one being launched you immedietly start seeking protection from the get go.

I always made sure to save the teleporters for the nuke, sometimes you weren’t lucky and teleported into another spot the shockwave hadn’t hit yet but itwas the best way to avoid getting murdered by it.

Also someone please bring this franchise back, it was amazing.

YES! I love this ad. It traumatized a friend of my sisters years ago.

Is there a status update on the GOTY edition so I can just have all the DLC without having to download the lot of it? I’ve been waiting on this for a long time now.

$18 is good but if it weren’t for the fact that I have a trip to Japan coming up very soon I’d snag it.
