I think it’s worth mentioning that Gotta Protectors is actually a sequel to Protect Me Knight, a fantastic indie game from last gen (I played it on 360) and made by Yuzo Koshiro, the composer for titles like Actraiser, Streets of Rage and Shenmue.

I have to agree with you on Luffy, he’s one of the reasons I find it tough to watch the dub sometimes. Zoro is great but I can never get past th efact that he sounds EXACTLY like Piccolo (even if the voice fits).

I’ve seen the dub for many of the characters, I’ve never been the biggest fan of Funi’s dub for OP but some REALLY fit (Usopp) but it also I think gets an unfair pass for me because I 4kids’ dub was abyssmal.

Honestly I’m with you on this - the anime (I’m a fan of One Piece) has dragged on due to it being too close to caught up with the manga so each episode is plagued with reaction shots, filler animation, bad animation and overly long openigns and endings and recaps to pad for time.
