The argument between Mr S. and Felix would have to be longer. Telling a linear story almost always takes longer because the audience doesn't have

I think the opening worked well. By using a non-linear cut, they could get through Sarah's surrender faster, pushing the focus of the episode to later events surrounding Dyad, Top Side and Castor.

Perhaps being a homicide detective is too far removed from a pure male power fantasy to ever be found in a comic book?
