Jason Isbell, Kacy Musgraves, Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson, Willie Nelson, Lukas Nelson, Margo Price, Maren Morris, Brothers Osborne, Pokey LaFarge, Joshua Hedley, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Dixie Chicks for starters.

I love Jason Isbell. His interview on Chris Shifflett’s “Walking the Floor” is one of the best. A great podcast, by the way, if you love good county,

I only know of liberal, outspoken country singers, too. But I only listened to the good kind of country, so that’s probably why.

I can’t believe this show, like all Shonda Rhimes shitshows, is still on. Or was still on. Really, every single show Rhimes makes needs to exit stage left after season two. I gave up on Scandal years ago. It was so good for a bit and then got soooooo bad.

She’s literally only talking about herself and uses the first person repeatedly.

I was really lukewarm to her—loved her singles but wouldn’t call myself a “fan” and was turned off by the immense and constant hype—until I watched a YouTube video of her performance at Glastonbury Festival. I watched it maybe four years ago and I stayed up for hours watching YouTube videos of her and was totally

Ava deleted that tweet. I guess she realized that dissing every other headliner of Coachella wasn’t necessary to elevate Beyonce’s performance and is petty and beneath her.

Indeed it is.

Holy appropriation! Down to the eye make-up. Wow, can’t believe you’re not calling her out on this. But what happened to her face? Are you sure this isn’t Lil’ Kim?

I find Grown-ish unwatchable especially considering how fantastic Black-ish is. I’ve only watched two eps, so maybe it improves.

The headline is misleading as that’s not what the study found out. The results of the study were about confidence about the perceived intelligence between genders in relation to their male and female study partners and the rest of the male and female class. Even the ASU headline makes the results clear.

...but this study that suggests even quiet and polite men are more likely to view themselves as smarter than women...

Again, nobody cares if she’s involved in politics. She’s a smart women with a long history of activism. She’s clearly struck a nerve with you.

I don’t think most give a shit if she’s been steeped in the actual politics of NYC—being seasoned politician is not an asset these days. But she has been very active and vocal in several causes, so her activism makes her a more interesting candidate than a career politician.

Please let this be the overdue end of “open concept” in all its midwestern basicness.

It’s a shame that the ones that can vote in primaries don’t feel compelled to (ahem...to the above commenters).

He’s got Florida meth dealer face.

A) They’re celebrities and b) they wed in their 20s. The fact that they made it more than five years is a miracle.

They started dating when they were 26 and wed at 29. It’s a miracle they lasted this long. They had a good run.

Revolutionary? Good grief, her music is cute. Nothing is new or interesting or special. Cute. Please listen to more music.
