Well, the only really intriguing thing here is the steering wheel mounted controls. I have never seen that before in a BRZ. My car doesn’t have a single button on its steering wheel outside of the horn. I tell people that my car is an anachronism, that came directly out of the 1990s.

also lacks an available front crash prevention system.

Image, right?

Those are not used cars. Used cars fall out of the sky only for somebody who owns a 360k house, a 2011 Cruze Eco, and a 68 firebird 350 that they paid cash for. For us lesser mortals, including the makers of Fast 8, no dice.

What stupid? Used cars fall out of the sky. It is a fact.

Yes, used cars drop from the sky. Nobody had to buy them new ever. Brilliant.

Well, the first comment explains stuff quite nicely -

There is a difference of half a second, or I should say there was. There is no way to test it now, since you won’t get stock cars in mint condition to test.

I know. He is dreaming, I presume. Though Aston Martins have generally not been designed for outright straight line speed, the DBS V8 and the V8 Vanquish from the 1970s had considerably better acceleration than the last gen GTO with the 5.7 L V8.

No, I meant the interior in general. I think there was a luxury spec for the E46, and the previous owner had opted for that. Leather was everywhere, and all the trim was in exceptional nick, which is surprising for a then 10 year old car. Now I haven’t owned a 2003 Audi A3, but I have been inside a 2005 A3 a couple of

but even a last gen 5.7L GTO can take most of them out on like a good highway pull

I owned an E46 325i and the only things I can agree with are the upkeep cost, and that it was under-powered. It handled well (it was RWD, not AWD), it had a great interior (the previous owner had taken good care of the leather), everything worked including the moon roof (I was scared stuff would break but everything

I am just surprised by this, since this isn’t very common with the car. If you did step on the gas more than advisable mid corner, like you would in a FWD car after you have pointed the front wheels where you want to go, then yes, I can see it happening. When you drove it, you were on a dry road?

However, I am not used to a RWD car, and especially one with a hilariously low CoG. The TC kicked in every time I turned a corner, and I wasn’t trying to provoke the rear-end at all. I would expect that behavior if I was being an idiot, but I was just driving it.

I haven’t taken it to a track (and don’t plan to any time either), but I did once take a ramp just like I would in the FR-S, and I’d be lying to you if I said I wasn’t scared.

Last year I bought a 2003 Acura RSX Type S for my wife. It is pretty good for a 13 year old car, but I don’t think I agree with some of the reviews I read where the writers waxed eloquent about how much better the RSX was compared to the older Integra. It definitely is inferior to the previous model Integra GSR (of

Are you using a phone to type? I could understand very little of this.

Thanks to Initial D, the only thing that comes to my mind when I hear Subaru is the WRX. But honestly, that was only because I grew up in a country where Subaru never sold cars :P

What car did you use to learn to drive stick
