The thing with Hollywood Homicide is that it was just so CALCULATED. Aging action heart throb, Ford, teaming up with flavor of the week Hartnett, in a buddy cop movie (you know, for the guys.) It seemed like the movie for designed for everyone, resulting in no one seeing it.

Bruno is most definitely a flop. It made half of what Borat grossed on double the budget. Flops don't necessarily mean "if you make money back or not." There's expectations for movies to perform and Bruno specatacularly didn't meet those expectations.

I'll return to champion a double bill of Titan AE and Treasure Planet. Two movies that killed their respective studio's animation departments and are so similar in tone and theme.

@mojo more or less it's gotten marginally better and it seems to have the same release schedule as TMN and Superchannel so it can replace those movies wise

Semantics, but i'm getting more of a Production I.G vibe from this trailer than Miyazaki or Cowboy Bebop, especially from the action sequences and the "disjointed" background bits. But whatever it looks awesome.

The seeds are planted but I really don't think they're humanizing the Fire Nation until season three. That town in the begnning of the episode just screams bunch of people brainwashed by an evil warlord.
