Don’t understand my own post?
I really don’t understand why people jump into a conversation, then demand the conversation be changed for their own liking.
Ah, if AI becomes too powerful, no place in the universe would be safe. When Musk was asked if going to Mars was due to AI, he said no. So I am not sure what you read...
Ah, of course I can. Did you read my original statement? Or the actual conversation in this thread? We are talking about US market.
Sure, and they “happen” to have it disabled during that race, but had it enabled on all the offscreen races /s
Tesla is past their preorders in US, not past their preorders globally.
Like all things, its a matter of time and training. It’s not a problem in the long run.
Top Gear can say what they want, their own video says otherwise(you see the screenshot above). That sounds more like damage control.
The chance of a thermal runaway is 10X less likely than an ICE car catching on fire.
I would disagree, the Taycan’s interior is smaller than the Model S. So if its a matter of what to be in, most people would prefer to be less cramped.
That’s actually not why Musk created Tesla. He created Tesla for same reason he created SpaceX. The saving of the environment is simply an added benefit.
All he did was agree with Drag Times, where is the posturing?
You don’t need that much water to put it out. They are most likely experimenting with different approaches. But generally, as long as you blast it with water till it cools down, you’ll be fine. Some additives in the water can make it even easier.
It’s actually pretty easy to put out an EV if it bursts into flames if you know how. If you don’t know how, it is more difficult.
