The thing is, most people do not have issues with smart summons. But like all things in life, there will be a few that do. And considering Tesla’s base being internet savvy, the ones that do mess up are more than likely to end up on the internet.

Well you want cheap and good looking? Cause budget cars aren’t exactly lookers, but everything from fusion to camry now come in hybrids.

Many hybrids look the same as their gas counterparts. There are dedicated hybrids like the Prius but otherwise, most hybrids are just like their gas version.

Neutral: Tesla is doing fine as-is. So there is nothing to be done.

That would be pretty stupid thing to do.

Can you clarify what is so restrictive about CARB? Which isn’t a program but an agency. So you have to clarify about which program in specific you are talking about. The ZEV program?

There is no slipper slope, the Clean Air Act passed by congress requires anything deviating from the federal standard to get a waiver. The law grants the executive branch the power to ACCEPT or DENY the waiver from the state. It does not give the executive branch the power to revoke a waiver once approved. Even in the

Who has the power to dictate everything? CA only has the power to dictate their own state only. Other states are allowed to jump in on CA’s waiver VOLUNTARILY.

“At the time, Tesla said that it registered “one accident per 3.34 million miles driven in which drivers had Autopilot engaged.”

China: “You Americans call that a traffic jam?”

As mentioned, the goal is buses/subways for local and for remote places, high speed trains. If you want a cooler from costco, you can have them deliver it.

Ah, but I am using logic. Because I’m basing things off actual STATISTICS. The one who isn’t speaking logic at all is you.

Nuetral: When the election ends. Cause we all know this is nothing more than a PR campaign to show he is shoving it to liberal CA.

It isn’t a strawman argument as I applied it in the same context of the same field. And I did deal with the actual gist of what he is saying.

16 states are part of the union, they also contain the majority of the population in the union.

The Obama administration sat down with the automakers and came up with standards. Trump ignored the automakers and just did a roll back by himself. Multiple automakers are siding with CA and ignoring the fed.

The UAW will keep them honest, just after the UAW is done with their own felony charges.

I think most people miss the whole plan here, I doubt they actually care about winning this case. Their chance of winning is low. Even more so since their own statements are contradicting (CA does not need a waiver but needs to do more to fight pollution)

That is the problem with CA, the pollution IS stopped at their state. The mountain ranges isolate CA so most of their pollution gets trapped there.

That much power? You mean the power to keep their air clean?
