You leave out the fact that that corporation will want to be profitable and to do so requires very skilled and efficient workers so they hire those and pay them more.

You conveniently leave out the fact that businesses will have to have incentives for employees to work there and stay there. So those of us that make more money for the company will be rewarded with higher pay and the ones that don’t will be out or forced to adapt. Similar to the laws of nature
