Here is the flaw in police, they are not beholden to us at all. They can pull you over for anything and claim suspicion of X and then say “I smell alcohol” and now you go to jail regardless of your sobriety. Once that happens you could miss work and lose your job. You’ll have to post bail and hire legal council, which…
