I'm still waiting for Nintendo to release Earthbound 64... It was promised to me in Nintendo Power.

Reading many articles on Kotaku about developers in general, it's an industry that seems to desperately need more people with expertise in project management and basic business skills.

It is possible that their QA department logged these issues and pushed them to the appropriate department. However, just because QA reports these errors and bugs, doesn't necessarily mean that they get fixed... especially if the developers have deadlines that they have to meet.

QA is still considered an entry level position at best, and lower than dirt at worst. i hope this changes with all these recent catastrophic launches. if you dont bother to test your game, f'n test it first! if you already QA your game, pay them a living wage and value them, for all this could be prevented!

All the QA testing focused on the boobs.

They do. It's called known shippable. They have a deadline, and think they can patch things after release. So they release with a bunch of bugs that they felt were not an issue.

they were too busy about making costumes for dlc

Oh right, I wouldn't fuck with something like 40K either. Those rules are too....hardwired. But man, pretty much everything in games like GoT are up for debate. And while many designers can and should be trusted, that doens't mean you can't pick around the edges and see if cutting/adding something doesn't make things

I trust you because you seem really in the know about this stuff and also because you're a dinosaur.

The game is "Axis and Allies" and the rules are extremely difficult to explain. Sufficed to say, Mo'Nique played as the British and tried to go straight for the North Africa victory but obviously didn't count on Rommel.

Do you like movies? Do you like video games? If you answered "yes" to either of those questions, you should probably skip The Order: 1886.

I'd love a new Snap game! But not with microtransactions. :(

Swatters are really good!

Full disclosure: Decidedly not a baseball fan (boring, etc)

Glacial profiling.

And they didn't take 10 years to tell us how they met her, too.
