That’s a reactive response to tragedy, not a proactive means of preventing it. There was nothing to “report” until this kid killed 17 people. You can’t call the police and report someone for being weird and mean.

Yeah, not long ago I had to do a purge among my friends and family. It essentially amounted to “if you value your right to carry a death machine more than you value the lives of children, then fuck off on out of my life.”
