Yes, they specifically were. Glitches, exploits, all that. Allowing (and encouraging) players to break the game in ways the designers never intended is a specific and intentional part of their design strategy. Nintendo has no problem with it. Only you do, for some dumb reason.

Wow, what a novel and revolutionary concept.

Any word on when these are being delivered?

We can debate how well the twist “worked,” but either way there was no reason for him to maintain the same form once the reveal happened. He’s a god, after all.

I find it funny that GPUs, whose entire purpose is to make your graphical output look a beautiful as possible, now have a feature whose entire purpose is to fuck up your graphical output in various annoying ways.

As a Vive owner, I completely disagree. All the best VR experiences are built from the ground up for VR. Things like Skyrim and Fallout in VR are....functional, at best. Shoehorning traditional games into VR just makes for disappointing, awkward games. The controls never work in an intuitive way. It’s like trying to

Oh man, the day they re-release Myst for VR I will lose my mind...

Aw, yours is better.

Here’s the cold hard truth... accomplishment is objective.

I mean, maybe. On the one hand you’d have a billionaire television entertainer with a penchant for slapping their name on everything using that name recognition to hitch their cult of personality to a populist wave based largely on racial tension and ride it into the white house.

Oh, I’ve tried all the tricks you mention. Most flight simulators I’ve used either have actual movement to provide physical feedback, which mitigates the sickness, or they use a screen of some sort rather than a 3D display and they have a physical cockpit for visual reference.
