I’m surprised we don’t see stuff like this more often. There’s kind of an unchallenged assumption that if you’re a feminist, you’re also pro-LGBTQ, because empathy of the oppressed and whatnot, when there are a sizeable amount of people that view each classification as having little to no overlap.

When I worked retail for a certain controversial store, half of everyone’s shifts were on call. All them being about 4 hours. So you had to completely have that day free, but wouldn’t know if you were working until, what, two hours before your shift? If you actually were called in, you made 36 bucks for those 4 hours.
