I just finished a rewatch of X-Files. It holds up very well. The peak years are as good as you remember.

Anytime there is a Band of Brothers marathon on TV, I usually just go ahead and clear my schedule.

I made it to the halfway point of season 4.

This is pretty difficult. If a show doesn't hold my interest I have no problem with bailing. There have been several shows I liked at first but eventually reached a point where I was just done: Dexter, 24, Walking Dead.

I've been calling her Crandell. Oh, I've been making an idiot of myself.

Fair enough. NYE with friends and junk food is pretty awesome.

I can't get high since I'm on kitchen detail. The fucked up perception of time doesn't jive well when I'm cooking.

If you like horseradish, make a side portion of the cranberry-horseradish sauce. It can elevate even cranberry a al Bart.

Made roasted brussels and broccoli tonight. Roasting has become my preferred method of vegetable preparation. Easy prep, easy cleanup, and you don't cook all of the good shit out of them.
