@Hagane17: Are you talking about heroic or regular? Because there was a P3 bug on Heroic 25 LK that prevented Paragon from downing him before the buff came.

@Azures: There's no set buff increase time, they do it whenever they feel the need to.

@Azures: 10 man pugs are already clearing up to Sindragosa, with only a 10% buff. Once it hits 30% buff you'll have to be pretty fucking terrible not to have downed Arthas on regular and 9/12 HM.

I'm disappointed with the ICC buff they've implemented. It basically ruins all progression ranks and the only thing soon that will separate the good from bad is heroic Arthas, which is just stupid.
