@MooCow: It's funny you should say that, because I've only worked in customer service. I've dealt with far more than my share of stupid asshats over the past few years. In fact, I'm one of the most angry and jaded people I know and I dislike (by default) just about every customer I see when I'm in a CS position.

While I don't care in any way that some guy got banned for who cares what, I'm astonished to see The Pro talk the way he does and act the way he does when he's representing Microsoft. In terms of business appearance his behavior is straight up disgraceful.

Why would anyone want to do this? Why do you need a force feedback stylus?

I find it interesting how huge the entertainment industry is (in all avenues). Sports, video games, movies, the list goes on.
