Maybe, I don't think Trump actually likes Pence very much. He barely acknowledged Pence in his acceptance speech. He thanked everybody else and Pence was pretty much an afterthought. I would actually worry more about Steve Bannon than Pence.

I think you may find a New Yorker like Trump to be a lot more liberal than you think. Pence will simply be a functionary.
