I disagree. Puke is still puke and somebody has to clean it up. If the people who rode in the car don’t clean it up themselves then they should be charged for it regardless of why it happened. Hotels usually charge people for throwing up on bedding or carpet.

Just have a computer vision system in the interior (that can’t record audio) and have the car return to a cleaning depot as needed. Charge a cleaning fee to the offending user.
