Exactly, I was about to say the same. If I saw that it was coming later that night on HBO, I would plan my whole day around it. And I really just cared about that one scene.

I've watched a lot of Kitchen Nightmares and MasterChef, and to me he comes across as a genuinely good guy who really wants to help people get better. He really only gets abrasive when someone isn't listening to him or is trying to bullshit him. Or when they're really fucking something up, like Eliza with the club

As much as I respect Ebert, some of his assertions truly baffled me. I don't see the original Lethal Weapon as satire at all. It was quite dark and brooding. The sequel as well. 3 and 4 were sort of satires of themselves I guess.

How could somebody who wrote for Television Without Pity and Gawker be an awful writer?

I respect them as musicians and Grohl gets a lifetime pass for being a badass drummer in Nirvana, but could never take them seriously and can't imagine ever wanting to pop a Foo Fighters CD into my car stereo. When they come on the radio, I don't change the station, but I basically just tune them out.

I'm one of those who found Robin Williams annoying but still was shocked by his suicide and suddenly became more appreciative of his talents. His frantic, hyper comedic style was a bit much for me, but watching early clips of him on the Tonight Show and how utterly blown away Johnny Carson was by him, I couldn't help

It really wasn't a question of "if" but "when." Very sad.

You know at some point this guy googled "how do I look like a hipster"

But will he get carnal knowledge OF THE LADY this time?

This is sort of common knowledge and you might already be aware, but there was no indication he thought it was ready for publication. They found it after his death. It probably wasn't a final draft.

Come on, no Frank Gallagher?

This was a nice list to wake up to. And by nice, I mean that it's great to read a list that makes me want to punch somebody in the face.

Agreed, that joke just seems to always go over people's heads.

He seemed slow and had to be prompted by Dave many times, instead of taking command of the room like he used to. It was sad to watch.

He really did have his moments. It's still shocking to me that he basically stole the big alliance out from under Mike's feet.

I'm agnostic and admired that about him, that it gave him inner strength but he was never over the top or in people's faces about it.

Didn't they just get on the bus to ride out together? Just curious if they're not allowed to talk to each other until the game starts.

I was so looking forward to Shirin's speech but it left me disappointed. Way over the top

Jenn was totally fucking with us. She wouldn't have voted for Rodney in a million years.

Right, even though Mike made some mistakes, he did make some good moves as well - putting suspicion on Joe while finding the idol being one of them.
