I really didn't like Wolf in White Van. It's fairly well written, just way too bleak. Just when it can't get any more bleak, you get the ending, which …. SPOILER …..almost made me want to do what the main character did. I don't mind dark, don't mind grim (loved The Road, for example) but I just couldn't find any

Only had to endure two toasts and didn't have to pray.

Former adversaries Jeremy and Josh seem like pretty good buddies on the jury now. It was more fun watching them than the remaining tribe members. And I had the feeling they had Reed's strategy figured out more quickly than anyone else (except, in fairness, Natalie).

I agree, and I'm a little worried about them doing a fourth one. I was just as worried about the third one, and it turned out ok, so maybe I should just trust them, but yes, that ending would have been perfect.

Season 3 was just a goddamn slog. My friends told me to stick with it and finish, which I did, but it took me months (after watching the first two seasons in about a week). I felt like they sort of got back on track in season 4 and I was basically ok with the ending. It didn't end nearly as well as it began (those

The ending of Before Sunset in particular really made that movie for me. The movie was certainly not bad but just kind of ok, until that ending, wow. It's like the magic they had in the first movie wasn't quite there and you kind of expect them to go their separate ways. Then she plays that song she wrote, and it

Moby Dick. A surprisingly readable and fun adventure story, but after like 1000 pages of buildup, the epic showdown with the whale doesn't happen until the last two pages, and then it's just over. It didn't change my opinion of the book, but it was a bit surprising.

I loved the ending in The Last of Us.

That was a GREAT ending.

It was a YACHT. Lol. But seriously, who cares if it's just sandwiches, these people are eating fucking rice and bugs every day. Plus they got a little booze. I didn't say it was the best reward ever, just pretty nice. It beats getting to talk on the phone with a loved one or some bullshit like that.

I loved how Josh's former alliance made no effort whatsoever to stay together. They were all over the place and a couple of them even turned on Reed.

Awesome class discussion.
