This is the craziest most ridiculous screwed up crap that I’ve ever heard of Alabama..starting a fight that led to the death of her unborn child by unnecessary force of another who used a gun that killed her unborn child yet she’s being charged is pure stupidity. As if you’re not already too involved in women’s rights…

If Jamison had shot Jones in the head, killing her and the fetus, would the death of the woman be ruled self-defense but the death of her fetus worth a manslaughter charge?

So the only logical next step is if a woman gets in a small fender bender or her car skids on a wet street, and mis-carries, she could be tried and convicted for manslaughter?

A different article stated that she wasnt charged under that law and it doesnt take effect until November. But still, very easy to see this happening more as soon as November hits.

I had a similar argument with a troll during the Great Gawker Troll Attack (not sure how long ago, but a group of trolls decided to post the most violent images and extreme sex-related imagery on the comment boards here. Stuff like severed heads, bombing victims and scat porn. Not sure why they started doing it…

I think that’s a ridiculous assumption to make. There was a huge amount of outcry over the rape and gratuitous violence in GoT. It got the nickname Rape of Thrones, which it richly deserved.

Thank God for movies because otherwise we'd have no idea that rape was ever a problem.
