Serious question...what do you actually do with inmates who continuously try to hurt and kill other prisoners and staff? There are literally thousands of inmates in this country who absolutely cannot function around other people. What do you do?

If you have the money to pay cash, check the interest rate.  If it’s less than what you can make parking your money, take the financing.  If it’s close, take the financing (better to have more liquid savings).  If it’s not close, pay cash.
