It worked pretty well for my purposes before I moved the city. I’ve stuffed an impressive amount of ikea furniture in that trunk, full weekends worth of camping gear, and was able to fit a 29er mountain bike in when necessary. Despite being totally impractical, it was surprisingly practical as my DD.

I moved to a city full of terrible drivers and very steep hills. It was getting it’s ass kicked on a daily basis. Every time it scraped over a hill I felt like I was getting punched in the stomach.

I’m thinking about buying a gently used Limited in the near future as my second car. I miss mine.

Right! Moving to Seattle after growing up in Mass. My mind is blown by how pristine vehicles are here. People daily drive cars from the 70s like its no big deal. Back home I was lucky to see cars from the mid 90s without rust holes in all the fenders.
