Everytime I see a white on red fox convertible I can't help but think "Ice, you still got the 5.0?"

Really? I was surprised to see about half the jeeps on the lot locally were manual trans. I bought mine right off the lot with the 3.73s and a 6-Speed.

Its curved on the JK too so it looks ridiculous when it is folded down. Even on my TJ, folding the windshield down requires removing bolts from the roll cage and the windshield frame. I don't know if it has been easy to fold it down the windshield since the CJ days.

Yet you never see them anymore. I imagine they must have been pretty unreliable.

Jeep parking brakes are the worst. My TJ parking brake has never worked, and the one on my brand new JK is a joke. It hardly will keep it planted on a slight incline. Oh well, I park it in gear anyway...

Wow.. This is by far my new favorite test mule. It's just the perfect franken car. Late nineties chrysler just gave no fucks.

I have always loved these rims, I think they are the same or really similar to what they puton the viper.

I feel your pain bud. The amount of projects I have is severely limited by living in an apartment and having only one parking space. In an ideal world I could own both a jeep and sports car (which I did before I moved to the city) but the world is not ideal.

You should get on that. The chances of you owning a good comanche for a fair are diminishing rapidly. They are rare, the only ones I see on craigslist are approaching 300k miles and have rocker panel rot.

My Jeep = 21-30% jalop

That is awesome.

Wow, you were not kidding. Just checking my local craigslist there are several decent fixer-uppers for under 2k. I find it strange that kids are not all over these when searching for "the fast and the furious car".

I would say, you want to pay for at the very least the upgrade to 3.73 gears.

That climate control set up makes me very happy. What vehicle is that from?

Now does the fact that they were on fire mess with the integrity of the materials? I get that there is constantly little explosions going on inside of them but they are also constantly being cooled by circulating water.

While not all that secret I always loved this guy in the corner of the wrangler windshield. Actually, the wrangler has quite a few little hidden jeeps on it.

The team eventually ended up resorting to melting the snow for water.

I will now definitely be attending that. Thanks for the heads up!

How do I make a car with low torque harder to drive on the street?

Haha probably about as slow as everything else made in the mid 70s
