LA drivers are bad for two reasons:

Virginians know that, in fact, people from Maryland and DC are the worse drivers. We just call them “city drivers.” You will hardly ever go through a day with out saying to yourself, “fuckin DC drivers can’t drive a lick.”

Normally I’m against government intrusion into our lives, but I wouldn’t mind seeing a 1 day performance driving course be a requirement of owning car over a certain power/weight ratio. Maybe there’s 90 days to complete a course after registering it or something or the registration become invalid.

Makes completely no sense how they built a business that way.

See, I would prefer that they have to buy back each and every truck and get it to pass smog at a California Smog Ref.

It’s definitely not true that any tune or exhaust will exceed emissions. That’s why reputable companies make stage 1 tunes and and cat back exhausts exist. Sure you can go farther but personally I wouldn’t purposefully make my vehicle emissions illegal.

Not sure what state you live in but here in California you can only install modifications to pollution controlled vehicles if they don’t cause it to exceed legal emissions limits, it’s much more complex than that and incredibly strict. In spite…
