Sweetheart you have it all wrong. One engine out does not mean that it is going to flip. If you lose a rotor, yes it will flip, but so will any other tandem rotor aircraft.

Missile and DV support
Oil would drip out after engine shutdown and subsequently be burned off on the next engine start. It has since been fixed.
Please refrain from posting bogus info unless you know the facts. One engine is capable of turning both proprotors via a driveshaft in the wings... A simple google search will tell you that
Last I’d heard they had pretty much retired most of the C145s. I would check your sources on that one. Here is a link to the latest press release I could find.
