They do not. The changes to quests are minor (as discussed) and some Korean names and terms were not properly translated, which only affects Korean speaking players. There are some instances of names not being implemented uniformly but that’s an issue with quality assurance not localization.

Likewise, it’s merely your opinion that the localization is worth complaining about. Duh. O_o

That is true but the region generally doesn’t want the USA involved; even the ROK wants the USA to step out. Such a show of force sends an aggressive message to the DPRK but also a reassuring message to other nations in the region.

Toggling the effect on and off is an example of implementation. They still require physics to achieve the effect, regardless of whether they are persistently active or not. Physics do not necessarily have to act recursively on the whole skeleton. A character falling until they hit the ground is just as much an example…
