Well, I can tell you that matt gaetz is trying to push for positivity from women after it was revealed that he raped a minor in some kind of fucked up pedo ring, as for ted cruz? He’s basically a drunk parrot with mental problems piloting an old-world style marionette filled with expired meat and onions that’s just…
For me the question of whether she should get jail time more or less turns on whether she was psycho-emotionally capable of deciding not to do what this cult leader guy told her to do. For instance, in situations where a trafficked person helps their pimp keep the rest of his captives in line, I’m generally very ready…
When the police (or indeed the media) get involved in dissecting a cult or cult-like situation, they try to sort everybody into neat piles of “victim” and “abuser” (often based on who talks to the police/media first).
Lol, thank you so much, and what is up with the comments section lately?? It's the best part of Jez, and becoming so very frustrating. :/
Harron’s colleagues? Harron, herself, just linked to said exploitative link.
Haha! The expression on the dog in the Sharon Stone pic is priceless. “Oh not another skin-pic, mom!”
Agreed. If we insist nobody can ever apologize or repent, we’re basically saying “be as shitty as you want forever.”
I prefer ‘y’all’, it’s inclusive and gender neutral.
I could not agree more
Twitter was a mistake.
Khloe’s nose is likely via that contouring shit they peddle, but those cheeks and lips are all filler. I hate that the Kardashians have so many daughters, that look like the original versions of their mothers. Are they going to grow up hating everything on their face and body that their mothers "fixed" on their own?
I’m sure they’ll take that into account.
“Let’s see if Hilton’s self-awareness and humility are up for the challenge.”
100% this. I often think about leaving my red state for somewhere more comfortably blue, but if I’m not calling my senator every day, then there’s one less person working to change the status quo.
Pffft....I don’t even own a television set! Well...I mean...I do. But I never watch it! Except to peruse only the most educational documentaries. But that’s it! Mostly....
I love that show and have watched it through about three times. Her character’s treatment by the men around her was one of the focal points of the show; not in a garish way or one that glamorizes lasciviousness, but her sexualization by those around her (and the ways that she sometimes uses it as a tool) is presented…
It’s the misfortune of many Texans that Cruz did.
That a woman would even have to consider that today is beyond comprehension.
